Stock Availability: We keep a wide range of ready stock including watches, chains, bracelets, rings, pendants and much more. If you want to view the available pieces, you can message us on WhatsApp for photos or a live video call — we show everything with full transparency.
You can also request details via email anytime.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on item weight, dimensions, and destination, with payment collected during checkout.
Delivery Terms: We ship worldwide. International shipments usually take 6–7 business days to arrive. Once your order is dispatched, we provide complete tracking details so you can follow your shipment in real time until delivery.
Dispatch Time: If the product is ready to ship, we dispatch it the same day after payment is received and verified.
For customized products, the production process takes 8–9 days. Once the piece is ready, we share photos/videos for your approval and then proceed with dispatch.
Tracking Notifications: Customers receive tracking links upon dispatch to monitor shipment progress.
Duties & Taxes: Import duties and taxes may apply for international shipments, and customers are responsible for these costs.
Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch, with a refund issued accordingly.
