However, if you believe there is a manufacturing defect or issue with the product you received, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and details.

Our manufacturing team will thoroughly inspect the reported issue. If it is confirmed that the problem is due to our fault, we will offer an appropriate solution such as a repair, replacement, or adjustment.

  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

  • No returns or exchanges will be processed without prior approval from our team.

  • Custom and personalized orders are strictly non-returnable.
